Industry Kitchens arranges freight on customers behalf. Industry Kitchens is not liable for damages incurred during transport or for transport delays.                                                        Freight

CONDITIONS:

Delivery does not include the removal of old units & packaging materials or removal of rubbish.

Non-timed delivery/9am-5pm


Deliveries are made curbside to the threshold of the premises


Delivery is to the ground floor and curb side only and does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. 

For larger items make sure that you have easy access clearance with no height restrictions (Particularly for larger ovens).

A delivery upgrade service is available, please call our sales team for more information and prices for low clearance & specialised deliveries. Please apply for specialised delivery services here if standard delivery doesn't suit your requirements.


Upon receipt of your goods, please inspect for any damages.

Failure to check goods and document any damage with the driver may result in a claim for damage being rejected. 

Let us know in writing within 24 hours if there is any transit damage; to be eligible for exchange.

A restocking fee will apply if the delivery fails due to any of the above points or if the goods are returned and are not faulty.


If a freight charge is not shown, please verify you have entered the correct postcode, territory and town. If these details are correct, we will contact you by phone to confirm any delivery charge before charging your card.


By proceeding with this order you accept this delivery information and any related delivery charges where applicable. 
Due to high delivery costs for large items, we may charge a redelivery fee if no-one is available on site to accept delivery. 

We understand that you are keen to track your orders. Generally speaking the delivery dates at the time of order are a good guide.
