The Schnitzel Master SMK-2W-34 represents the pinnacle of meat tenderizing technology with its patented ""Mastering®"" process. This advanced system carefully stretches meat fibers both longitudinally and laterally, rather than applying pressure or battering, thus preserving the fresh meat character and enhancing its flavor. By increasing the meat surface area by up to 50%, it results in a product that weighs more, lasts up to eight days longer, and retains superior juiciness and tenderness.
