The Zanolli Sirio 500/850 VAR Dough Sheeter is expertly engineered to sheet pastry dough to a remarkably fine thickness while preventing wrinkles. Featuring a robust three-phase motor controlled by an inverter, this model operates at variable speeds and utilizes a single-phase 10 AMP plug for incredible convenience and ease of use. The inverter provides tremendous torque while allowing bakers full control of belt speeds to suit a variety of different products. It incorporates two synchronized belts measuring 850mm x 500mm each. Designed as a benchtop model, the Sirio 500/850 VAR is particularly suited for pastry shops with limited floor space, fitting conveniently on any benchtop, with belts that fold away when not in use for easy storage.
