Hobart HLU-315L - Hyline Detergent 5L
Hobart's universal detergent is designed for use with commercial dishwashers. It's made with active chlorine and has excellent grease removal which is ideal when you're cleaning crockery and cutlery used with fried foods.
HLU-315L detergent is suitable for use in hard water areas, however it's recommended you install a water softener when water hardness exceeds 3°dH.
