Hobart HLU-31 - Hyline Detergent 12Kg
Hobart's universal detergent is designed for use with commercial dishwashers. It's made with active chlorine and has excellent grease removal which is ideal when you're cleaning crockery and cutlery used with fried foods.
HLU-31 detergent is suitable for use in hard water areas, however it's recommended you install a water softener when water hardness exceeds 3°dH.
- Designed for commercial dishwashers

- Cleans all types of decorative glasses, crockery and cutlery
- Removes lipstick
- Cleans juice, beer, sparkling wine and wine from glasses
