Ecocanopy Economist - Exhaust Hood Canopy

The ECOMIST exhaust hood with ecoaircurtain™ technology is a highly efficient kitchen ventilation hood designed specifically to be used over solid fuel cooking appliances such as charcoal grills and wood fired ovens. This hood uses ecomist™ spray-mist technology in conjunction with ecoshield™ baffle filters to mitigate the spreading of embers whilst efficiently filtering smoke and grease.

How it works:

This hood uses a curtain of cold water mist in addition to a row of baffle filters to capture grease and smoke while mitigating any embers from passing through. Water usage is kept to a minimum with the use of highly efficient wide angle misting nozzles. The ecoaircurtain™ ensures all the smoke and grease is contained within the boundaries of the exhaust hood, resulting in outstanding effluent containment.
