Carpigiani SUPER TRE EVO - Twin-Twist Soft Serve Machine, Pump Fed 2+1 Flavour

Twin twist floor standing soft serve machine to produce up to 650 servings of 75 g in one hour.

The Carpigiani twin-twist soft serve machine is the ideal solution for making gelato, sorbets, frozen yogurts and soft gelato with a syrup core.

The innovative EVO technology ensures versatility and flexibility with excellent production results. Thanks to the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. The system can either be pump-fed or gravity-fed, with overrun adjustment even with a full hopper. With the pump feed system, both hoppers have an 11-liter capacity and it is possible to incorporate up to 80% of overrun, for a creamier gelato. With the gravity feed system, both hoppers have a 16-liter capacity and it is possible to have up to 40% of overrun, for compact, dense gelato.

It is possible to equip the machines with the Star Door, specifically for use with the nozzles of the single-portion kit and the new nozzles, with which to customize the style and shape of soft gelato.

The machine is air-cooled (water cooling optionally available).

It is possible to choose whether to equip the machine with the automatic self-pasteurization system, which allows scheduling the next machine washing at a maximum interval of 42 days.
