Counter-top twin-twist soft serve machine to produce more than 450 servings of 75 g in one hour

The Carpigiani twin-twist soft serve machine for gelato, sorbets and frozen yogurt.

Thanks to the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. The system can either be pump-fed or gravity-fed, with overrun adjustment even with a full hopper. The gravity version, with 18+18-liter hopper capacity, allows up to 40% of overrun, for compact, dense gelato. The pump version, with 12+12-liter hopper capacity, can incorporate up to 80% of overrun, for a creamier gelato.

The machines can be equipped with the Star Door that allows fitting the 18 different nozzles that can be purchased individually and in the optional kit. You can customize the machine by choosing the colour and adding your logo to the plastic front panel. The machine can be equipped with the Winter Door, which allows the completely separate use of the two cylinders by blocking the middle part. This additional feature can be used both during washing and production, allowing for a more flexible use of the machine.

Machine cooling can be chosen between air or water. It is possible to choose whether to equip the machine with the automatic self-pasteurization system, which allows scheduling the next machine washing at a maximum interval of 42 days.
