Made from stainless steel, it has two self-closing doors to keep your produce fresh, 8 x 1/3 GN trays and an extra wide 40cm stainless steel preparation bench area. The unit has a closable lid to improve efficiency when you are not serving. The Saladette fridge comes complete with caster wheels for easy manoeuvrability.
