AG Equipment SH2000-700 - 2 Door Saladette Fridge – Fits 7 x 1/3 GN Trays

This stainless-steel saladette fridge and worktop are designed for cafes, sandwich shops and other commercial kitchens where easy access to various prep items is important.  The trays above the bench space accommodate seven 1/3 GN trays and feature a full-length closable lid.  Along with a 30cm deep preparation bench and castor wheels for easy manoeuvrability.

Inside, the adjustable two-wire shelves for each door are complemented by unique centre-shelf connectors and have room for four 1/1GN trays or pans.  Equipped with a CUBIGEL compressor and an automated defrosting system, the unit is complemented by a Carel digital controller with an LED temperature display.
