12mm mild steel cooking plate for even temp distribution. Special burner design ensures max. heat efficiencies, includes flame failure & protected pilot. Thermostatically controlled. Choices of flat and/or ribbed plates; brushed or polished chrome. HP models with Chromium surface.

The special design of the control knob system guarantees against water infiltration.
Unit to be mounted on open base cupboards, bridging supports or cantilever systems.

Infrared heating elements mounted below the cooking surface.
Units have 4 independent controls to regulate temperature of the cooking surface.
