High efficiency fryers with deep drawn V-shaped open pot well (15L gas) or tube design (14L electric). Design enables 30% less oil wastage due to cool zone. Thermostat operation 105°C to 185°C. High temp cut-off safety as standard. Variety of sizes/configurations available.
