Built with a cleverly-designed integrated heat recovery system, the Winterhalter UF-L-ENERGY utensil washer runs considerably more efficiently than traditional washers. By capturing energy from hot steam to pre-heat the cold water inlet, not only are running costs reduced - it also reduces hot steam being released into the room when the door is opened - perfect for smaller areas or kitchens which suffer from hot temperatures.

In terms of washing performance, the Winterhalter provides excellent, repeatable results. With an elevated central cavity, the Winterhalter can easily fit larger utensils and gastronorm pans, all which receive the same consistent level of cleaning thanks to the machine's innovative reversing wash cycle - dispensing filtered wash water from above and below.

This utensil washer delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial utensil washer is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
