Made in Germany, the PT-L uses a fully flexible wash system to ensure great washing results, whether it's simply rinsing or removing the most stubborn of food residue. Self-cleaning systems and intuitive digital controls make the Winterhalter simple to use and clean - a great choice for the professional kitchen.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

This model features an advanced heat and steam capture function which dramatically reduces energy use and running costs. This also removes the need for an overhead condenser hood.
