- Indicator Lights: Add Mix light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit automatically shuts down to prevent damage.
- Electronic Viscosity Control: The electronic viscosity control continuously measures product viscosity and regulates operation of the refrigeration system.
