StellarChem WCIECCL - Combi Cleaner 5L

A highly alkaline foaming degreaser formulated for use in combi ovens.

Easily removes grease, oils, fats and, dirt without scrubbing.

Won’t damage surfaces and its low irritant odour makes it ideal for busy kitchens.

Directions for use:

• Heat surface to be cleaned to approximately 250-300 degrees.
• Remove as much grease as you can with spatula.
• Place a small quantity of Combi Clean onto surface, work in circular motions with spatula, do net let it dry out, add water if necessary.
• Repeat process, rinse with water.
• When dry rub a thin coat of oil.
• Check oven manufacturers manual to determine if product is suitable, spot test is recommended.Combi
