It's designed with space to hold up to six 1/4GN pans beneath a hinged stainless steel lid - ideal for safely holding pizza toppings, sandwich fillings or any other chilled ingredients which you need quick access to.
Operation is easy - your preferred temperature can be quickly set at the touch of a button, and the digital display makes it easy to monitor your settings. Once service is over, removing the pans and cleaning the unit is equally simple, saving precious clean-up time at the end of a shift.
