Moretti Forni iMR 25/2 Spiral Dough Mixer with Removable Bowl

The iM spiral dough mixers enable medium and large volumes of dough to be mixed in a short time, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity and oxygenation.

All models guarantee a constant dough temperature during kneading, from the beginning to the end, eliminating therefore the risk of eventual overheating.
