This 1/3 size food pan is designed to hold hot, battered and crisp foods in hot holding units up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit; however, it can also be used to store your frozen foods to -40 degrees Fahrenheit for added versatility. Its flat base promotes maximum contact with the heating source and its design allows heat to be evenly distributed across the surface to eliminate hot and cold spots in your food!
