Fry and boil to perfection with the Giorik 700 Series 1200mm wide Combination Solid Top and Gas Burner on Open Base.

The combination unit features high performance open burners (2 x 28.8 MJ/h) combined with an ultra-thick, reinforced radiant plate with central cut-out and high-power circular steel burner (43.2 MJ/h).

The open burners are complete with a flame failure device and pilot burner, both heavily protected against accidental impact and overflows, and temperature regulation via variable flame control. The gas solid target top features a piezo ignition circular burner with flame failure device and pilot burner, capable of reaching 500°C at the centre of the plate and 200°C around the edges. The temperature is regulated via a variable power flame control.

Choose your configuration with the open burners on the left or right, in natural or ULPG gas.
