The Giorik Steambox R-Series offers three versatile cooking modes (convection cooking, combination cooking, and steaming), that deliver speed, precision, and consistency in every commercial kitchen.Note: All ovens are supplied with either Reverse Osmosis or Standard Filtration systems.
