Make bulk food preparation and cooking a breeze with the Giorik 700 Series 50L Indirect Heating Electric Boiling Pan.
The body of the unit is constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel, whilst the higher 316 grade stainless steel pan base ensures superior corrosion resistance.
The boiling pan features a double skinned counterbalanced lid over the unique steam jacketed kettle. This allows for even, indirect heat to cover the entire cooking surface, and limit burning.
The heating elements are positioned inside the jacket gap with Hi-limit temperature protection, and regulation via a 6-position selector. Monitor the jacket pressure with the pressure gauge, safety valve and condensation valve. The pan is then emptied through a convenient front positioned tap with an insulated grip.
All Giorik Boiling Pans are supplied standard with a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration system.
