This Giorik bain marie is made to accommodate GN pans (1/1GN for 400mm wide model, and 2/1GN for 800mm wide model). The unit features a manual water fill, with a tank sloped to the solenoid valve operated drain for easy emptying at the end of the day.
Giorik commercial bain-maries feature temperature regulation via thermostat, ranging from 30°C - 90°C. The indicator lights help to monitor the operation of the unit when turned on. A silicone heating pad external to the tank provides uniform heating in the tank, as well as superior hygiene and ease of cleaning.
This unit is made to last, manufactured with 304 grade stainless steel and rounded corners for ease of cleaning.
