Culinaire CH.CD.35AS - Freestanding Chip Dump

The Culinaire Chip Dump is designed to keep fried product at a constant temperature, with two 500 Quartz IR heat lamps above the product.

The Chip Dump features a 100mm deep curved perforated tray, for ease of scooping and helps to aerate the product. The flexible profile is made to suit existing Anets fryer line-ups.
