- Commercial quality – solid stainless steel construction (#304), strong chrome-plated cooking basket and thermostat controlled with user resettable push button over temperature cut out on the front pane
- Easy to clean – the 5L model has a removable oil pan for easy cleaning while the 8L model features an oil drain tap
- Safe – heat resistant ABS control dials, insulated basket handle, non-slip rubber feet and a night cover/lid, electrical interlock to enable the safe removal of the element.
