Our bioplastic lids are made from 100% renewable resources, with a carbon footprint up to 75% less than conventional plastic. Certified industrially compostable. This bioplastic sauce lid fits our 60ml sugarcane sauce cups; it does not fit our clear 60ml PLA bioplastic sauce cup. Note: this lid is cold use only.

- These lids are made from Ingeo™ – a plant-based PLA bioplastic.
- They are certified industrially compostable (AS4736) and designed for the circular economy.
- The production of bioplastic results in 75% lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional plastic derived from fossil resources.
- Note: these lids are cold use only.
- Bioplastics must be stored out of the direct sun and below 35°C. If stored correctly, they have a 12-month shelf life.
- Bioplastic does not have suitable oxygen barrier properties to store food for more than a few days
