This stainless steel mesh tray is made from 304 Commercial Food-Grade Stainless Steel material. This 40 x 40 cm tray fits all our standard commercial models (excluding the 28CUD). This tray option is the most popular and is able to dehydrate a range of foods from jerky to pet treats, fruits, vegetables and more. This tray allows adequate airflow access to all sides of the product to ensure an even and consistent dry every time. All our dehydrator trays are dishwasher safe for your convenience.
