The B+S Black series noodle cooker has been designed to meet the changing needs of commercial kitchens. This multi-purpose cooker has been designed with for flexibility - it can be used not only for noodles, but also for pasta cooking, soup warming, ‘cheung fun’ rice pastry steaming and ‘yum-cha’ dumpling steaming.
- AISI 304 grade stainless steel
- 2mm thick AISI 316 marine grade stainless steel tank
- Multi-setting gas valve as standard for greater regulation of flame setting
- Piezo ignition and flame failure device are fitted as standard

The unit incorporates an inbuilt water overflow for removal of excess starch. It also features a basket insert self-closing mechanism for increased efficiency. A multi-setting gas valve allows for enhanced flame regulation, enabling both rapid boiling and simmering.
