Create delicious cannoli right at home with the Avanti® Cannoli Moulds. Made from durable stainless steel, these professional grade moulds hold their shape and will not bend. They offer excellent heat conduction which bakes uniformly to create crisp pastry tubes for your favourite filling. Easy-to-use, simply cut a 12cm circle of dough, wrap it around the mould and seal by brushing a little egg yolk on the overlapping edge. Drop it in hot oil and cook until golden brown. Once cooled, gently remove the tube and fill with desired filling.
