Use & Care:
- Wash with warm soapy water prior to first use
- Fully fold out arm and secure on cutting surface
- To remove interchangeable plate push plate up from back
- To install a different plate, insert from top and push down into place
- Place vegetable or fruit on holder/guard for safety
- Slide vegetable/fruit back and forth across blade
