Crush or slice whole cloves of garlic in one smooth action with the Avanti 2-in-1 Garlic Press & Slicer. Compact and ergonomic in design, this dual chamber garlic press is also easy to use. Simply pop the whole clove into the crushing chamber and squeeze the handles together. A soft garlic paste will ooze from the press, leaving the skin in the chamber to be disposed of. Alternatively, place in the slicing chamber with its eight sharp blades to create perfectly thin 2mm slices of garlic. A handy cleaning tool is stored in the handle. Simply, unclip and use to scrape off any excess garlic, or just place in the dishwasher.
