Constructed from quality wood it features an easy-grip handle that maintains the perfect angle and keeps the board steady for easy use. Grooves in the surface of the board give gnocchi their classic texture as raw dough is rolled down and shaped on the board. The ridges help sauce cling to the surface of the cooked gnocchi.
