Heavy gauge in shiny stainless steel defines it’s quality and durability, it can be used directly on induction or use with the matching stand for electric or chafer fuel. 18/10 stainless steel body with capsuled bottom compatible for induction and chafer fuel. EU1935/2004 food safe standard conformed.
