A powerful 1.68kW motor can be manually controlled to operate the strong stainless-steel blade anywhere between 10,000 and 28,000rpm. The blender is also designed with a metal clutch for added longevity, which makes it ideal in any busy venue where you are regularly blending. A quieter version of this machine is also available with a sound enclosure (DR825-A) as well as replacement jugs (CS052).
