Alto-Shaam 750S Halo Heat Holding Cabinet 653mm Wide
Alto-Shaam’s 750S model accepts full-size sheet pans and is stackable with an identical unit, or same model size of Cook & Hold oven. Halo Heat® technology within the cabinet keeps food warm without steam or fans, and comes with digital controls that sense rapid changes in oven temperature that immediately begins compensating for heat loss.
