Adventys Pro MOP4I-16000 - Modular Plancha Induction 4-Zone

MOP4I is a 8000W three-phase/4 zones module induction griddle from the Adventys Heavy-Duty range. The cooking surface is 330 x 600mm. Its equipments can be placed on a cupboard from the Adventys rangeor on your existing worktop (feet removable). Its integratade control panel is controlled using two knobs, one for each zone. The induction technology allows a fast temperature rise up to 250°C. MOP4I has a hole for the evacuation of cooking juices and a spatula. The coating allows an easy and quick cleaning by deglazing the surface at full power.
